This visit is for clients who have never had a First Visit Massage at UH. The appointment is designed to discuss concerns, goals, & objectives. This includes a consultation, a massage session, & recommendations/steps to achieve your desired goals.

Massage techniques include Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial therapy, neuromuscular therapy, scar tissue mobilization, stretch & more. Candace is a certified trauma-informed LMT w/ specialities in prenatal, postpartum, and scar tissue work.

This visit is for pregnant clients who are establishing care. The appointment is designed to discuss concerns, goals, & objectives. This includes a consultation, a massage session, & recommendations/steps to achieve your desired goals.

Massage techniques will be applied appropriately based on your trimester and goals. This can range from nervous system calming to labor prep. Candace is a certified trauma-informed LMT w/ specialities in prenatal, postpartum, and scar tissue work.

This appointment is designed to discuss concerns, goals, & objectives. This includes a consultation, a body oil treatment, & recommendations/steps to achieve your desired goals.

This is a visit is for established UH massage clients. An Abhyanga is a full-body Ayurvedic massage that uses warm, herb-infused oil to promote circulation, relaxation, stimulate energy points and lymphatic flow, and nourish the skin.

Choose this appointment type for your First Ozone therapy for nasal and/or ear. Choose "Secondary Location" add-on if you want both nasal & ear insufflation.

Ear Insufflation Ozone- Can help the following: Ear Infections, sinus Infections, throat Infections, fungus, colds, sore throat, and swollen glands.

Intranasal Insufflation Ozone- Can help the following: sinus congestion, sty, pink eye, eye infection, or anything related to the sinus cavities
